board:*
$380 per month with long term contract**
$405 on a month to month basis
Includes a 12'x12' stall, daily stall cleaning, daily turnout,
top quality hay, grain, and water. Other amenities include
lighted outdoor
arena and round pen, hot and cold water wash bay, tack room,
club house and over 500 acres
of cross-country riding and trails. We also assist the farrier
and veterinarian, provide deworming, and will give needed
supplements if they are administered with the food.
** A
year contract requires payment of a one month deposit.
Pasture
board:
$210 per month
Includes
daily grain and
inspection for health and injuries, lush pasture, fresh water,
and
regular deworming
.
Should your horse become ill or injured we can provide a stall
and daily health care. Other amenities include use of outdoor arena, round pen, wash
bay and over 500 acres of cross-country riding and trails.
*Optional
services include grooming, washing, lunging, saddling and unsaddling,
exercising, clipping and braiding, tack cleaning, monthly trailer
storage, cabin rental, laundering of articles such as blankets,
pads and bandages. Other services available upon request.
LSF
Overnight Boarding Rates:
$25 per
horse contingent on stall availability.
